CEO’s Statement:
CEO’s Statement:
Undoubtedly, health is a common wish for all humans, which is why days of illness are among the hardest and most bitter memories for anyone, especially if those days are spent in the hospital and away from family. We, the medical team, are the companions of patients during these difficult and bitter times in the hospital. I have often wondered how we can soften the hardships of these days and make
the memories a little sweeter. While attention to topics such as customer orientation, quality, and commitment to organizational excellence is important, it is not enough.
The simple answer is: "Our unwavering commitment to alleviating the patients' suffering." "Commitment to alleviating the patients' suffering" obliges us to provide healthcare services based on medical knowledge at the level of world- class hospitals, combined with boundless kindness and borderless affection towards our patients, which I refer to as "Kindness Creation." "Kindness Creation" is actually the continuous practice of kindness; it begins with kindness towards oneself, grows with affection towards other colleagues, extends to concerns about nature, the work environment, and life, and culminates in enthusiastic and kind responsibility and empathy towards patients and their families, to understand and solve even the smallest health-related issues. In this way, spending days of illness in the hospital will be more comfortable and less bitter, thanks to the kindness creation of the Nikan medical team. My colleagues and I at Nikan, demonstrate our firm commitment to "quality care combined with kindness" through our love for our work, efforts to anticipate and meet the diagnostic and therapeutic needs of patients, and our willingness to help all visitors. Thus, all our staff starts each day with ((kindness)), beginning with saying "Hello" and applying it in all current affairs. Greetings to you, and may health be a daily gift from God.
