Birth Certificate Retrieval Guide

Thank you for choosing Nikan Hospital as a safe and secure place for the birth of your beloved child. Please pay attention to the following points for obtaining the birth certificates for your children:
 For obtaining the birth certificate, it is mandatory for one of the parents to be present along with the original identification documents of both parents and their national ID cards.
The delivery of documents to the maternity block is available every day from 11 AM to 1 PM (except on holidays).
 Dear parents, please note that you should visit the Civil Registration Office to obtain the birth certificate within a maximum of 15 days after receiving the birth certificate.
Also, please remember: According to the law, if the mother's and father's identity cards are not provided, we are unable to issue the birth certificate. No other form of identification will be accepted for issuing the birth certificate.
