Nikan Hospitals Informatics provides an electronic platform for goals in all related fields according to scientific knowledge & practical experience in hospital it field & in line with the vision & mission of the organization.

Since all operations related to patients admission & discharge, including testing, medication, Surgery codes, laboratory Services, are recorded & stored in HIS Software, there for HIS navigation & 24-hour support of users is the main responsibility of this section.

On the other hand, manager’s Special look toward using reporting Software’s, growth flowcharts, process review methods has caused Informatics Department to participate in other units meetings Such as admission & registration, Medical Records, Financial Department

We can analyze the managers & administrators requests, find appropriate technical Solutions, exchange information with Software backup Company & provide appropriate technical modifications
Other activities include operating & maintaining other applications such as PACS Soft ware’s, office automation, medical equipment, Hamkaran System, Short Message Service
Technology networks, Servers, Switches, & also hard wares. And all these are due to enthusiasm & confidence that executive manager Show to our Staffs technical advice & requests
